  1. The units worked great for about 3 months. (see bottom sentance)
I was charging 4 batteries well, even in lower wind speeds.
After 3 months the unit stopped spinning as if in full charge mode.
batteries were not fully charged, unhooked generator from charge controller and it ran great.
Ordering a new charge controller now.

Got new charge controller worked great for about 6 more months, then had 60+ mph winds and trashed the tail, blades and blade hub.
Had already purchased new blades incase this happen, but didn't plan on the hub tabs snapping off.
Researching to find new hub now!

OK, if they would let me I would change my stars to 1 or 2.
I called the company that sold the model and they did have a hub for sell, however the insert for the tail to attach to also busted off and they said they didn't have the part available.
So I asked if they could take the part off a bad unit they had and sell it to me.
    Their response...

Don't waste your money on anything Gudcraft makes their wind generators are garbage, the produce no paower and have no support.. I wasted $500 on a documentary 700on watt wind ornament and controllerr and it does not charge my batteries at all. Total junk. Even when I got a replacement coontroller no different, no power generated.
